FLO 1: Jo Whitton- My family and GAPS
Thursday Jan 31, 2019
Thursday Jan 31, 2019
Jo Whitton, the mum-preneur, food blogger, author and speaker that we all know and love! Jo’s journey to health is one that has touched thousands, and Mum’s all over the country (and the world) are helping their families to heal using real foods thanks to Jo. This journey of health isn’t always easy, and Jo had spent years trying everything whole foods before turning to GAPS in her darkest moments with son Issac.
“He plunged almost overnight into depression, anxiety and severe OCD. After much research we realised the importance of healing the gut as opposed to just avoiding problematic foods, so we began the GAPS diet. Within a couple of weeks we saw improvements. Within six months he was speaking to large crowds about how to heal from anxiety and OCD. Within less than a year he was off all medication.”
Listen as Jo shares her healing journey for her family, using the GAPS protocol.
